Opened around 1993 - previously Dodges Ferry Football Club had been nomads and had no home ground for playing matches on.
The ground is fairly rough and dirty - probably the worst ground in the SFL. Their clubrooms - also built in 1993 - however
are of a rather substantial nature, including a large bar and function room (where one can down a few Cascades!),
and there's even a large TV screen.
There are pebbles all over the ground, the grass is quite long, the boundary fence only covers half the ground, and is
of a wooden nature. There is no external fence of the ground at all - due to it being part of the primary school's complex.
The ground is also sometimes referred to as 'Shark Park'.
